Matteo is the newest member of the dynamic world of CREAMETAL. Since starting, he has not only demonstrated his craftsmanship, but has also infected the team with his attitude and enthusiasm. Matteo, how were you received by our team?

My start at CREAMETAL was extremely positive. The team gave me a warm welcome right from the start, which immediately made me feel at ease. I was also given responsibility right from the start, which I really appreciate. The opportunity to contribute your own ideas is very important at CREAMETAL.

Which projects are currently particularly fascinating or challenging for you?

I am currently working on the production of complex components that will later be installed in our machines and gauges. I like this kind of work because it requires a high level of precision and gives me the opportunity to further develop my manufacturing skills. Precision: that's also what fascinates me so much about our craft.

How do you experience the collaboration in our team?

It is extremely enriching. The mix of different generations brings with it a variety of perspectives and ideas. Our team is small, but extremely efficient, which makes working together a pleasure.

Do you have a favourite machine in our workshop?

Yes, our CNC milling machine. It is versatile and allows me to turn creative ideas into reality.

What goals do you have for the coming year - personally and professionally?

I want to successfully complete my further training as a production specialist in summer 2024. I will then put the knowledge I have acquired to good use in the company and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

What do you do when you're not at work?

I like to spend my time outdoors. I often use my drone to take landscape photos. I'm also a big aviation fan and go to air shows whenever I get the chance. In winter you can often find me on the ski slopes, and in summer I play beach volleyball. In other words, I'm as active as I can be.
